Every day, we meet individuals who are working hard to build better futures for themselves and their families yet still struggle to access the opportunities and supports they need to truly thrive.

Over the past year, our Board of Directors, leadership team, staff, donors, volunteers, and community partners have worked together to strengthen and expand our impact across the region, directly benefitting more than 3,000 individuals.

This 2024-2025 annual report reflects the collective impact we are making together as a community and the financial stewardship and strategic planning that ensure this mission will continue for generations to come!
