YWCA Princeton’s Breast Cancer Resource Center (BCRC) provides free support services for those living with, through, and beyond breast cancer. The main focuses of the BCRC include support groups, boutique services, community outreach and education, and wellness programs. At any stage of your breast cancer diagnosis, the compassionate professionals at the BCRC are here to support your journey.

The skilled staff at the BCRC offers personalized support to help survivors choose wigs that enhance their beauty and assist in finding comfortable mastectomy bras or breast prosthetics, promoting a sense of wholeness.

Support Groups
We offer distinct support services to meet the needs of our members.
Coffee and Chat (inclusive group for any stage and any age) is a weekly open forum with BCRC staff held virtually every Thursday at 11 A.M. for survivors, thrivers, caretakers, and friends to drop in for an hour of casual conversation.
Coping and Beyond (Stage O-III) is intended for survivors in or beyond treatment and meets hybrid on the first Thursday of the month.
Peer-to-Peer Support, including Young Survivors, is available upon request.
Thriving Together (Stage IV/Metastatic) meets virtually, bimonthly, on Monday evenings at 6 PM.
Anchored by our weekly yoga class, we offer a multitude of wellness workshops and seminars with an emphasis on a wholistic approach to healing. Subjects include healthy eating, meditation, intimacy, healing arts, lymphedema, acupuncture, impacts of cancer, and re-entering the job force.

Our BCRC staff members are passionate about making sure every member of our community has the most up to date information on early detection and self examinations. Whether it is a group of high school students, an office of professionals, or an interest group, our staff can cater their information presentation to fit your needs on your schedule.
