Pam Wakefield
Pam is retired from the Research Staff of the Princeton University Department of Psychology. She attended Wheaton College and graduated from Upsala College with a degree in Psychology.
She has served on several local boards including People and Stories, the Princeton Senior Resource Center, the Advisory Board of the Paul Robeson House of Princeton and the Princeton Adult School. Active in the Princeton Public Library Pam has served as President of the Friends Council and as President of the Board of Trustees where she continues as a Trustee. She taught ESL classes for LALDEF and was a GrandPal in Trenton.
At Nassau Presbyterian Church Pam has served as both Deacon and Elder. Through the church she advocates for the hungry, for welcoming refugees and racial understanding and tolerance. She is currently active in the Witherspoon Street Presbyterian Church / Nassau Presbyterian Church partnership. During the pandemic Pam has worked with HomeFront helping to supply food for their clients.
Pam co-authored two cookbooks.
