Celebrate the Years Behind & Support the Years Ahead

When Mary Louisa Fisk submitted the application for YWCA Princeton in 1921, she had no way of knowing that she would initiate a celebration–and an impact–100 years in the making. YWCA Princeton was established to meet the immediate needs of the community, which at the time were to provide recreational activities for young women, and to support families of servicemen during the first World War. Since then, our organization has evolved and endured throughout the decades to empower generations of women, girls, and families in Princeton, and beyond.

This milestone would not be possible without the dedication and contributions of women and men who led our organization (often, as volunteers) through times of hardship and uncertainty. And we also wouldn’t be able to celebrate 100 years without the support of community partners and donors.
