2018 Tribute Honorees

Paula Troy

Paula Troy is a self-made businesswoman who founded and has owned and operated RWK Consulting, LLC for the past 16 years. She has never wavered in finding the time to consult, be an involved liaison to businesses, a dedicated tax accountant, and volunteer; while also finding time to organize countless fundraisers for charities.

Her professional experience and background range from accounting to business development and her 25-plus years of experience in these areas include a principal role in her own accounting and payroll firm. This allowed her to expand her career to political sciences, designated as both a Federal and State Government Affairs Agent. Paula’s leadership roles in public agencies include: Commissioner and Assistant Treasurer of the Mercer County Improvement Authority and President of the New Jersey Business Incubator Network (NJBIN).

Paula’s board contributions are as impressive as her business accomplishments; having served on the Robbinsville Redevelopment Commission and Planning Board, Hamilton Economic Development Commission, Hamilton YMCA Community Development Committee, and the Hamilton YMCA Fundraising Committee. Her most recent community endeavor includes Chairwoman of the 2015 RWJ Hospital at Hamilton Award Gala, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for sorely needed hospital programs. Paula lives in Robbinsville. Her dedication and resiliency is a constant inspiration to her two children.
