Dr. Denalerie Johnson-Faniel

Dr. Denalerie Johnson-Faniel is the NJ Division on Civil Rights, Attorney General’s Law & Public Safety’s director of outreach & community relations & Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt certified CEO of 3D Management Consulting; a yoga instructor, life coach, behavioral analyst, author & adjunct professor. She’s an alumna of Columbia, Howard & Capella Universities with 20 years of HR/DEI experience. As a Feeding America food bank director, she transformed it into a health equity modeled nutritional health & wellness impact center.  She served as national mentoring consultant for Center for Supportive Schools, was executive vp, workforce development at Dress for Success Worldwide, director of organizational development & change management at Jewish Home Hospital, operations director at the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network & president of a National Urban League affiliate.

As aboard certified human services professional, Dr. Johnson-Faniel has elected & appointed government roles; sat on a central NJ NAACP board & is an advisory member of Anti-Poverty Network NJ.  She holds the Zeta Phi Beta international co-director social action role & chairs NJ advocacy & partnerships.
