NJ State Child Care Connection

Mercer County families may be eligible for financial assistance with the cost of child care through the New Jersey Cares for Kids program. Eligibility is determined by family size, employment and/or education hours, and income.

Bates Scholarship Fund

Child care applicants who qualify through the New Jersey State financial assistance described above must apply for that assistance. Those needing financial assistance for any YWCA Princeton programming who do not qualify for the above, may apply for Pearl Bates Scholarships. Download the application in English or in Spanish or come in to complete an application in person. Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and only when funds are available. Applications must be received at least ten days prior to the start of classes. Applications must be completed entirely to be considered.
