Fitness
The physical inactivity problem in the U.S., particularly prevalent in American women, is of concern to all. Current literature supports that sports and exercise help develop self-esteem and self-concept. The YWCA Princeton recommends that all women partake in some form of regular physical activity for a healthier body, a more positive self-image, and an overall better quality of life. Our programs will enhance your holistic health awareness!Beth Cooper, Assistant Youth Programs Coordinator
