ASP Closing Procedures
and Emergency Numbers

If your child is scheduled to attend the After School Program and there is an early dismissal due to weather/emergency, the school will release the children to the ASP. The After School Program will close at 4 pm to avoid any related hazards, and we will contact parents directly. Please be assured that we will remain on site to allow you ample time to pick up your child. .

ASP Closing Procedures: School Cancels Its After School Activities
If the school closes at the normal time but cancels its after school activities and/or late buses, the school will release the children to the ASP. In the event the ASP closes early, our staff will call the parents and inform them.

When school is closed due to emergency/weather, there is no After School Program.

It is imperative that you keep your contact information (telephone numbers) current with the YWCA Princeton membership office.
