Come learn simple qigong & tai chi practices to improve health, enhance longevit, and promote inner peace. Tai Chi embodies the heart of Chinese wellness and healing practices, applied sciences, philosophy, and martial arts. The many benefits of practicing Tai Chi include increased oxygen utilization/more efficient breathing, reduced blood pressure, increased bone density, reduced levels of stress hormones, increased strength, flexibility and range of motion, and improved immune function, all recognized by Western science. Experience practical exercises that can be done sitting, standing or lying down. There are no pre-requisites for this class, only the willingness to explore this simple and profound art!
