YWCA class instruction utilizes the American Red Cross Aquatic Program, continuing a tradition since 1914 of excellence in swimming education with the most up-to-date teaching and learning systems. Our YWCA Princeton Aquatics Program reflects their latest research in hydrodynamics, stroke mechanics, and motor learning.
Please inform the Aquatic Director if you or your children have any physical disabilities that may affect your swim or exercise class.
