2007-2008 meetings and special events

The Newcomers Club holds monthly gatherings called Friday with Friends and monthly Social Coffees as mentioned in the About Us section. In addition, we also organize special events throughout the year. These events include Fall and Spring Cocktail Parties, Holiday Luncheon, Spring Fashion Show and June picnic.

To obtain details of exact locations and member contacts, you need to be a Newcomer member. Each member receives a full newsletter every month. You can contact us via the Contact us section or via the YWCA. Please join us, it is really fun!

As Newcomers, we welcome new members to the area but we also help our neighbors in other ways. Each month, Newcomers has a 50/50 raffle and we sponsor a Holiday Silent Auction to raise funds for a worthwhile YWCA cause selected by our Newcomers Board.
