For young children, gymnastics is the foundation for all movement later on in life. For older children and adults, it is a fantastic way to maintain health and physical fitness in a "fast-food, couch-potato" world. With training in gymnastics, one becomes a better all-around athlete, gaining individual self-confidence and empowerment while thriving on team support.
