A gentle workout using dance artistry as well as anatomy of the human body as a basis of knowledge for dance and movement, this class is for beginner-level dancers. Learn basic modern dance movement concepts such as torso contractions, leg swings, grapevines, and dance improvisation. Improve you balance, flexibility and fluidity of movement. Each class will include floor work (sitting), center floor (standing) and across the floor.
